What happens next
After confirming your order and payment, our team will:

Send you an Email you to confirm we have your details and we will begin preparing your report straight away;

Conduct all property research and clarify any further information/document that we may require to prepare your report;

For our Quick Depreciation Package, we will send you a very simple Property Details Form that you can fill out with the details of your property.

For our Full Inspection Package, we will arrange for an inspection to your property with your managing agent.

Once the Property Details Form or the inspection has been completed, we will prepare your Tax Depreciation Report based on the available information.

Complete your Tax Depreciation Report and email it to you directly and/or your accountant, all ready for use.

You can expect completion of your report within 3 business days from the day we receive your property details.
